Tens machine

Hello I am thinking about getting a tens machine for my oa pain in my knees has anyone used one and do they help thanks

    I had one for my hip, and my sister had one for her knees, but I can’t honestly say either of us noticed much benefit from them , but others may feel differently. I think in our cases the damage was pretty bad by then and only heavy duty drugs worked.

    I have had a couple of these in the past, one that I bought and one which came from the Pain Clinic, I did not find any benefit of either of them. But we are all different so they may work for some.

    Hi I have used one in the past but it was for the disc and nerve damage in my neck, it was useful for a time but the area can get used to it and I found it became less effective over time and it needed to be at higher levels to be effective. My daughter tried it for period pain but couldn't get on with it, I haven't tried it for bone pain though.
