Hi I’m 70, and have had pain in hips knees and hands for about 3 years. I’ve been diagnosed with OA after having 2 steroid injections into my hip joints. They made walking a little easier, but the pain didn’t go away. I have OA in both hips, both knees and both hands. I’ve joined the community to share experiences and advice.

This one too:
Do come along in and join in wherever you fancy.
