Rheumatoid Arthritis
Hello I’m Deb she 52 recently diagnosed with this. My hands and wrists hurt a lot and fingers starting to go crooked. My Nana had it and my mother has it but with no pain. I do exercises and wear splints, magnetic bracelet and squeeze a rubber ball also have a stretch item which is in the shape of a rubber figure where you can insert your finger tips to stretch the fingers and thumb. Anyone else have any other suggestions on how to ease pain? I only take ibuprofen (Flarin) if the pain gets worse. I have good days and bad days. I also find knitting and crafting help keep my hands moving. Any discussion/suggestions welcome ☺️
