Can you sleep in a knee support

Hello again can you please tell me if you can sleep in a knee support or sleeve (not a brace)

    Whatever helps, do it. While my problem was my hip, I came up with weird arrangements of cushions and knee pillows that propped me in a position that I found comfortable, just experiment and see what works for you.
