Ñew here feeling worried.
Hello. Im new here after being diagnosed with pincer hip deformity, and arthritis in hips. Consultant doesn't need to see me for a year no physio or anything and I'm very worried how quickly its going to deteriorate. Still working part time at the the moment. Going through the menopause too so feeling prettty rubbish. Hope everyone is having a better day. X

Welcome to the forum, @Sall86.
I see that you have been diagnosed as having osteoarthritis and pincer hip deformity. This combined with your other troubles has left you feeling vulnerable. It seems unreasonable that you are left with no support, having to wait 12 months for another consultant appointment. It maybe that your GP can help with pain medication, or there could be something in the attached that could help:
I hope that you find help from above ad from the other posts in the forum, all from members who have had experiences similar to yours.
Good luck,
Tom

Hello, thanks for your reply and information. He did mention to get in touch if i really needed a storoid injection so thats something in suppose. Was at least hoping for some physio to put me on the right track exercise wise.
