Exercises for pincer hip impingement

Hello does anyone know what exercises i should/ shouldn't do with pincer hip impingnent with arthritis. All consultant said was no high impact exercises.

Hello again. I wonder if you misunderstood my reply on your other thread. I meant to suggest that you asked our Helplines team. They have a separate forum on the main (front) community section. It has a blue icon.
