in Living with arthritis

Hello i have pincer hip impingement with arthritis. What is the best type of chair/ cushion/wedge to sit on.

Im currently on my comfy couch with a couple of cushion s under my bum.

Its helping but getting up and down is becoming painful.

Any ideas tips or recommendations please.
