Well done on finding the online community, it’s great to have you here,
It sounds like you have been diagnosed with knee and ankle osteoarthritis and now you are thinking that your hips are involved too.
Sometimes a visit to the GP is good because osteoarthritis can be confirmed with an x-ray which is useful. Also a physio would be a good way to go as they will advise on exercises to keep the supporting muscles strong which is essential to keep you comfortable for as long as possible. There is also a possibility of referred pain, where you might feel pain in one part of your body but the problem is elsewhere.
