Pain relief
I have had RA and OA for 6 years now and my pain is not managed well. Although arthritis is in most of my joints it’s my ankle that gives me the most pain. I’m on methotrexate and Adalimumab injections. Plus I take naproxen and cocodamol. I am never without pain and can’t excercise because of my ankle. Any suggestions for pain control?

There is also some information here which focuses on the ankle (and feet). There are some suggestions for treatment/ pain relief that does not mention medication so it might be worth a read:
Our wonderful members also have a wealth of experience, so you may find that other are willing to share their experiences and advice with you. Likewise, if you feel comfortable enough, please do feel free to wonder around and join in with the conversations on the forums!
