I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia as well as DDD and Costochondritis. I manage to keep going by having a physical job as a gardener. Now at home for ten days with COVID which is making everything hurt even more. Trying to stay mobile but also need to rest! It’s hard.

I can see from your post that you have had Osteoarthritis and Fibromyalgia but your question is around COVID and its impact on your condition. It must be a real worry having got COVID and affecting your condition along with normal routine. Exercise and being active is my life saver for my condition so appreciate the difficulty.

I am so sorry you are at home with COVID I do hope you recover well and quickly.

Are you worried that your joints won't be happy because you can't keep as mobile as normal?

Thing is you probably need to rest too to get over this awful virus 😕
