I can hardly walk

Hi I'm new on here. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 6 month ago and it's really hit me hard. I was a postman and now I can hardly walk, I have it in my toes, left ankle, knee, shoulder, both elbows and hands. I'm on methotrexate and just about to start Adalimumab, this illness has really knocked me off my feel lol. Any help with pain management or anything would be appreciated. Thanks
