Joint Supplements and Vitamins - any thoughts and recommendations?
Hi everyone,
I have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. I am on sulfasalazine and was on Methotrexate but was just taken off it because of a persistent, dry cough.
I also take turmeric and curcumin and cod liver oil everyday though yet to see any major improvement.
I came across Flex - Performance Lab Supplement
Any thoughts on the above or joint supplements in general?
Thanks for people's help.

Hi @ipanjwani
There is some good information on our website regarding diet and nutritional supplements that are worth taking a look at.
In general, promotional supplements advertised on the internet with little or no recognised scientific research and evidence to back them up are quite often an expensive waste of money. It is well worth asking your doctor or NHS dietician for good advice when considering such products.
Admin Edit - I have removed the links to the commercial American websites in your post promoting the named dietary supplement.

As with many other "miracle" cures there is no substantive medical support for the product you mentioned, if it was any good it would be prescribed!! That should tell you something.
