    I think they're pretty similar. Their effect will be relatively small anyway, so you probably wouldn't notice the difference.

    If you think about the source of each one the cod’s liver oil might contain contaminants if it’s not purified properly. If you put this into search Versus Arthritis has a good section on this

    Tried them, had no effect that I could discern so saved a few bob by stopping taking them.
