New diagnosis of hip
Hi everyone, just found out I have moderate OA in my left hip.. whatever moderate means? I do have bone Spurs inside ie the groin so my mobility moving my leg/ knee across the body is limited and painful. I do exercise daily and trying to keep active in my regular sports of horse riding and surfing but the pain is depressing especially afterwards.
