Hello!
Hi everyone,
I am a 41year old mum of two wonderful teenage boys. I am very grateful to have found this wee site as I do get lonely with this condition! I was diagnosed three years ago.
Does anyone know if you can get "Flair up's" with Axial spondylosis please? Its becoming increasingly difficult for me to manage.
Thank you in advance ,
Nabla

I understand that you have Axial spondylosis and wondering if this causes flare ups. I hope your boys look after you occasionally.
There is this site on the internet which may give you some insight
Our website also contains a lot of useful information and has a search facility and I would urge you to have a look around. Some links which might help get you started are:
Please do keep posting and let us know how you get on, not only with your condition but also you will find other chats such as Val's Cafe
where people get together and swap stories, recipes and just generally hang out.
With very best wishes

This was great information. My son (15) has hip and back pain nearly on a constant basis. His hip, neck, back and shoulders crack all the time. Doc has been very dismissive but he had a hip xray and results were normal. Should I get him checked for the gene please?
