New to the group
Hi my husband was diagnosed with RA 4 months ago. He has been on sick leave since. He is on hydroxychloroquine and methatrexate injections. The disease has not improved but it has not got worse either. His ESR remains high and he has stomach pains, few trips to toilet each day, chills and fatigue.
His consultant has ordered an abdominal scan, done extra blood tests etc. I'm worried that there is something else going on, not just RA which is why he is waiting for the scan. Anyone else been in this situation?
Thanks for any positive (supportive) comments, advice! Elisa xx
