Welcome to the forum @Kerry82.
I see that you have a recent diagnosis of Psoriatic Arthritis which has understandably left you feeling concerned at what the future holds. Firstly let me give you some basic information:
You have raised the mental health side of receiving such a diagnosis.
On a personal note, I was diagnosed as having rheumatoid arthritis in my early 30's. It is now nearly 40 years ago and I am still here, rejoicing in the grandchildren and life in general.
Good luck and let us know how you get on.
Tom

Hi @Kerry82, welcome!
I was about your age when my symptoms started to get really bad, but I was 42 before I got a diagnosis (also PsA). Like you, my feet were one of my main problem areas, but between the DMARDs and the orthotics, they're much better now. I do still have pain, but it's no longer agony to put my feet on the floor first thing in the morning.
I know getting this diagnosis can seem like a door slamming shut, especially so young, but it's the first step towards getting you treatment that will help.
