Calf muscle cramp
Hello.
I thought I had oa in both my feet and hands
I've had a scan and now they say could b ra
Still trying to get my head around this .. walking is very painful n swelling but lately I've been getting calf muscle cramp .. this is happening every few nights and both my legs are so sore n tight
I would very much like to know your views or anything that would support me maybe even stop it ..thank you

Diane, I'm sorry to hear of your diagnosis and I hope things can be made easier for you asap. As a long-time patient with both RA and OA I can't really associate leg cramps with either though I do wonder if you are accidentally causing them by walking awkwardly due to pain elsewhere. I think your GP would be the best one to advise you and I do hope he / she can help. At the very least they could probably prescribe something to make sleeping easier and a good night's sleep does enable us to cope much better with the next day.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
