Hi,

Just a short message to introduce myself and also to thank all involved in running this amazing website.

I was diagnosed with lumbar stenosis around 2 years ago and to be honest it was a shock but hasn't really affected me too much.

Currently I am faced with a knee problem which is getting worse by the day and am waiting for a telephone consultation with from my GP to discuss my X-ray results: I am praying it isn't arthritis but deep down i do think it is.

I look forward to learning more from everyone.
