Recently diagnosed with PA
Hi all.
I’m in my mid 40’s and was diagnosed with PA just over 6months ago, and currently/still no joy with the sulfasalazine… so I think that boat has well and truly sailed. Roll on the follow up appointment and onto the next DMARD as that ‘min 12week period’ box has been ticked.
Anyhow, can anyone recommend an app (?) that they use to monitor/record the various symptoms/flares/side effects etc. Yes there is always the pen&paper (although there is the ‘discomfort’) but in this day and age, a phone is always on hand/nearby.
Thanks
Paul

Hi @Paul0957 Welcome to the online community,
I appreciate that you are not in the "teen" age bracket but you might find this tracker useful
It is now available for all age groups but was initially developed for our younger online community members.
I see that you have not had success with sulfasalazine and are hoping that you will be offered a different DMARD at your next appointment. I hope that you do not have too long to wait. I attach this DMARDs link for your interest.
Do let us know how you get on at your appointment, meanwhile I am sure there are other members who are able to share their experiences of the different drug treatments available.
Take care
Poppyjane
