I am Ali and new to the site, pleased to meet you all so to speak. I am hoping that I can get help and ideas for this worsening condition that I have lived with for years. Just talking about it to people who understand what it is like and the pain and fatigue that is part of this I think will be huge help.

Never been on anything like this previously so am finding it a little scary to be honest and not sure how it all works.
