in Living with arthritis

Hi

Hip arthritis. Can anyone recommend anything to help with pain caused by getting in car which triggers spasms very painful when driving. Doc says mild arthritis but feels major!!! Thank you

    Ideally your bum should be level with the car seat, failing that get a swivel seat cushion and a bar thing to fit on the door.
