Osteoarthritis in both elbows
Hi
just wondered if anybody had any tips on living with osteoarthritis in both elbows, my arms have started to retract, especially my right arm, so I am dealing with pain along with the knock effect of my arm moving towards my body and being shorter as unable to straighten. Surgery doesn’t seem to be an option for me and because I have high pressures in my eyes it is better for me to have steroid injections and keep as a last resort. So looking for help with support braces in the day, help at night for pain and numbness, this happens, if I end up with my arm above my head. Unable to sleep on my back due to long term arthritis in lower back and neck.
any tips would be appreciated.
