Hi has anyone got any advice or tips on how to manage OA knee pain in winter thanks

    In winter? Same as in summer. With specific knee exercises. They don't change with the seasons😊

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    I always wear thermal lined trousers in the autumn/winter.
