Hello
I've had problems with both knees for years & recently diagnosed with OA. I've seen a consultant and waiting on having MRI scans on both knees with view to surgery. When I'm in bed at night I'm now getting pain from my groin on both legs which shoots down the front of my legs. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to try to stop this? I use a pillow under my knees but even propping myself up with pillows so I'm not lying flat isn't helping.
Any suggestions will be so welcome. Thank you.
Aileen
