at the moment i work full time recently the pain has got so bad it is effecting my work i have tried most of the none prescription pain relief and now they do not work .i have discussed my situation with my employers. and are trying different ways to limit the pain and at the moment nothing is helping. i also have to commute to work and the pain is starting to effect my driving .i have placed my self on sick leave this is the first time ive ever had to do this. any help full advise or tips would be appreciated
