pain flare up

for the past 6 weeks my austio pain has been severe and have tried different options at work and pain relief have not worked yet. i have put myself on sick leave due to the stiffness and pain . i was going to return to work this week but my pain is not getting any better. have tried to get a consultation with a gp to discuss my options but nothing yet have been refered to physio and on waiting list for injections.but for the time being im in pain and worried i might have to stop the work i do if the injections dont work
