Hello everyone
Hi my name is Dee I haven’t left a message for ages . I didn’t want to accept the position I’m in. But basically it hurts too much I have osteo arthritis in my knees and Achilles tendinitis I can hardly walk and when I do with my Walker my shoulders and wrists hurt so much I can hardly lift them. I am feeling so low but am trying to keep going. Has anybody else been n this position any ideas on how to cope with this mentally? Thank you
