Hi! Just joined your group!
Hello everyone!
I was diagnosed with moderate/severe arthritis to my right hip a year ago . During the past few months the pain and loss of mobility has been gathering at a scary speed! Went to see a physio privately today as didn’t seem to be getting anywhere with my Consultant ( he disagreed with the x-ray analysis). The physio seems unsure whether the pain is mainly caused by the arthritis or muscle strain. Anybody had a similar experience, or thoughts/ ideas about this and how I could move forward? Also, he advised taking paracetamol oil on a regular basis as this apparently builds in effectiveness in lessening pain….thoughts?

Welcome to the forum, @Bickle .
I see that you received a diagnosis of right hip OA last year and that the pain is now getting progressively worse. To add to your concern there is disagreement between consultant and radiologist.:
