I purchased one of these & I have osteoarthritis & fibromyalgia & both knees replaced & hip & spinal stenosis and waiting for spinal op and knee op as my knee is being replaced again for 3rd time and I’m in a lot of pain at mo been on waiting list 4 my operation now for 25 weeks this is helping so much with tightness on my thighs and legs with spasms I just spray some freeze gel spray over areas before I use machine has helped with my tightness in my legs
