Rheumatology Advice Line?

Hello ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป.

Just wondering how everyone contacts there rheumatology support people and how long it takes to hear back from them?

Trying to work out if Iโ€™m being impatient and itโ€™s standard to take ages or if you can speak to people straight away?

    Hi

    I was given a rheumatology advice line number when I first got diagnosed at the hospital. It's manned by the nurse specialists. Usually if I've needed to ring it goes to an answerphone message as they're pretty busy so you give your details and a brief outline of the query/problem and one of the team call back,usually within a couple of days (or sooner if the problem is urgent)
