Hi, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at the beginning of this year and I’m finding it hard to process. I have a fear of taking medication and since my diagnosis I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. I have been having a problem with my elbow for weeks it’s bent and I can’t straighten it out which is making me even more scared, i had flare ups before but never any that have lasted so long :( I have tried hydroxycholorquine and methotrexate but stopped taking them because of dizziness and bad fatigue.I’m not sure if it’s my anxiety causing a lot of my side effects I have brain fog, derealization and dizziness. Does anyone have any advice on medications? I feel like I’ll never be myself again.
