Both hip arthritis

Hello.

Just been told I have hip arthritis.

As i am a keen walker this has come as a bit of a shock

You mention that you have just been diagnosed with arthritis in your hips and that you are still in shock. Like many of us when we first receive our diagnosis we go through a number of stages whilst we adjust to life with arthritis.
