A cracking neck!
After lockdown my back and leg problems increased in spite of my trying to get as much exercise as possible (we were 'locked down' in Italy for a very long time!) Just wondering, though, why my neck cracks very often when I turn my head. Is this due to arthritis? (I'm 82 by the way). Thanks for any comments.

Hello @worzel123 and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that you find that as well.
I understand that you have back, leg and neck problems and wondering if it is due to arthritis - have you seen your GP about this? If not I would recommend talking to them to get a diagnosis. In the meantime have a look around our website. It contains a lot of useful information and has a good search function. To help you I've put a couple of links in below.
Please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and I am sure others will connect with you and share their experiences.
With very best wishes
Peter
