Partial knee op

Hi I’m new on here , Iv had two partial knee operations last year and because of lock down I did not get the proper physio , I’m now still in pain after walking for about an hour I have no energy in my legs due to no muscle additionally I now have a bakers cyst which the doctor says they can’t do much for me , I’m sick of the pain sorry just thought I’d be better by now 😕
