Hi @Fif - welcome to the online community!
I see you've just had you're first flare up and you're looking for advice and help.
Managing a flare can be incredibly difficult. The best advice is to look after yourself during it. Be kind to yourself and know that as a flare it will end. Treat the pain and recognise that other things will be difficult during this time.
Have a look at our information on pain and don't push too hard. Remember to be kind to yourself.
I'm sure some of our other members will be along with their suggestions of what to do. Do please feel free to look around the rest of the community and join in wherever you think is interesting.
Lovely to meet you!
