Flu Jab side effects?

I had my flu jab yesterday morning and today that I can't stand up from sitting on a chair without also pushing up with my hand. I'm not sure whether it's a side effect from the flu vaccine (apart from slightly tender at the injection site I'm ok) or the start of a flare up. I had swollen knees at the end of August so was sent to rheumatology (steroids and having fluid drained seemed to calm them down) and am not on any medication and it's very much 'watch and wait' as although bloods indicated potential RA nothing else seemed to indicate that!
