Possible Trapped Nerve
Hi Everyone,
Hope this thing arthritis is not getting on top of you. Nice to have a break.
I have arthritis in my left hip and knee.
I've been having a pain down the side of my left leg for the last week or so. Its very difficult to sit with my legs down, so going to the loo is difficult. It is worse when I straighten my leg out, and when I wake in the night, hence my leg has been stationary for a while, its even worse. It also eases up when I move around a bit.
It appears to originate in the left buttock. I've tried massaging it but it doesn't seem to be working.
Has anyone had the same problem? And if so, did you find a solution, or something that helped?
I have been using the pregabbalin, because its supposed to help with nerve pain.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Sheelee
