Hi,

I am a 42-year-old woman with Osteoarthritis in both my knees. I can cope with my condition mostly but when I overuse my knees too much I can get very bad pain, also when this happens I find it hard to sleep.

I hope to be able to chat sometimes about things.

Welcome to the online community and thank you for sharing your story with us.

So you have osteoarthritis in both your knees and find that you can cope most of the time, but if you over do things you have very bad pain and find it hard to sleep.

I always find it difficult to sleep if I have pain too so you are not alone.
