Good morning, I am 39 years old, I have seronegative RA, I have been on 8 different drugs which none have been of any benefit, I've had tablets and injections, this make me so very sad 😔 I am in a constant flare, I cannot take steroids anymore due to extreme weight gain, I am doing my best at surviving on zapain and oramorph as and when I mentally cannot take the agonising pain anymore.

I'm looking forward to chatting to those who understand my suffering. Take care everyone ❤

Hello @Joyces and welcome to the community.

You don't say in your post what you are suffering from, but you will find a lot of useful information on our website about different types of arthritis and different joints, exercise advice and lots of other hints and tips, as well as just some general chats. try the search function as well. As a start I've put a couple of useful links below.

Please do keep posting and if you let people know what it is that affects you then I am sure they will be more than happy to share their experiences as well.

    With very best wishes

I have RA and at the moment it’s everywhere, I’m feeling very low with the pain and wonder is this it for the future. I’ve only just retired and thought I’d have a few years yet. Can anyone answer…. Does it get better ?
