clicking noises..

I know the clicking noises in knees/hips generally mean nothing and are just trapped gas bubbles but does the same hold true for other areas?
I have over last year or so developed rather loud clicks in my back and wrists ... not painful just disconcerting.. is it anything to be concerned about or is it just a nothingy thing? my none arthritic knee does not click- my arthritic one does and it hurts when it does. These new clicks in wrists and back are making me a bit nervy that something else might be coming.
for background- I already have an arthritic wrecked knee waiting on replacement, psorasis and am hypermobile so my joints all move rather weirdly-and subluxate and am 49 years old.
