Lambourne

Hello, I am having a bad flare up in my knees and feeling quite down as I had a steroid injection in October which left me feeling great but now I seem to be on a painful slippery slope again.

I understand that you have arthritis in your knees and that the steroid injection is having reduced effect - have you consulted your GP/Consultant about any ongoing pain relief?
