New member with PMR and Vasculitis

Hi, I have Polymyalgia Rheumatica diagnosed in 2018. Last year I was diagnosed with Vasculitis and I'm now on Methotrexate. Do any of you have the same combination? So far the meds haven't caused any major issues, it's fatigue I struggle with. Any tips on managing it?

I'm 66 but refuse to be seen as 'old' ! Usually very active, I like to keep busy with one or two hobbies etc. So I find it very frustrating having to deal with the problems associated with my conditions. I do however, like to be optimistic . I don't know anyone in the same situation so it's often difficult for others to understand how I am feeling.
