Should you cross your legs with knee OA

A bit of a daft question here I have osteoarthritis in my knees but I still keep crossing my legs should you do this or not can it make the arthritis worse thanks

No it is not a daft question, but is one I cannot answer, only to say that I was told or read somewhere that it was not good to cross your legs as it could stop your circulation and cause varicous veins? Perhaps it was an 'old wives tale' !!
Apart from that I now never cross my legs as I find it too uncomfortable and painful for my osteoarthritis in my knee.

If it’s comfortable, do it. The main issue with not crossing legs relates to those who’ve had total hip replacement, as it carries a risk of dislocation.
