Hello all , I have osteoarthritis of the knee but it is managed at the moment with exercise, I have also developed gout in my big toe and it’s proving very difficult to shift but it’s work in progress I suppose , I seems to ease up and I think it’s going but it flares back up with a vengeance ! , it’s been a month now , ouch .
