Hi,

do any of you get swelling in your spine and hips? If so how do you manage it? I’ve tried talking to my care team and they say take painkillers but they’re not helping, advice please :)

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your spine and hips. It's a shame that the painkillers don't seem to be taking the edge off for you, have they recommended any anti-inflammatories? Is that something that you could enquire about? Also, is there a specific condition that is causing your swelling to help us point you in the direction of some more focused information?
