Learning curve
Hi, I came across this information while researching through 'Dr Google'. I'm booked to see my GP as I've had increasing symptoms of hand stiffness and pain for a few months. I've had, and still have, significant menopause symptoms, even after 6 years on HRT, but no longer on HRT. I'm interested in learning more so I can do as much as possible asap to help myself. Diet, general exercise, and hand exercise are areas I can start to work on with more information. I am interested to know whether retuning to HRT might be an option, especially as it would definitely help the constant hot flushes.
Thank you for your support.

Hi @RonaTS
Welcome to the online community! Hopefully your GP will be able to get the ball rolling and provide you with a clearer picture of what is going on! We do have information on hand exercises etc that you could try to help yourself a little while you get seen to:
These are mostly links for hints and tips including pain relief, exercises, stretches and diet so hopefully these should be quite useful to you!
Please keep talking to us and venturing around the online community, there are lots of us here who are willing to help or just be a listening ear!
Take care,
Sarah
