Welcome to the online community glad you feel confident enough to start posting in two other places,as this is where you said hello i have decided to answer you on this post.You say you are 56years old and never been off work until you had Osteoarthritis when you have been off work as a result of your arthritis it looks like your work is not very sympathetic with your Osteoarthritis as i have noticed you have asked them several times for help with your role and your parking issues amongst other things.
