Hi has anyone had a laminectomy and a discectomy on there lower back . If so how was you after. What was the recovery time and did it work . Regards jayne

    Hi @Gloria80 firstly let me welcome you to the forum I hope you find the information and support you are after from our wonderful community.

    I can see from your post that you are looking for others who have had a laminectomy and their experiences.
