Hi there.

Happy to have found such a wonderful support group.

I'm 37 and recently diagnosed with OA following ligament damage in March 2020. This is still ongoing but the most recent MRI has confirmed OA in the knee.

Joined up here because I think people I've spoken to act supportive but cant understand the difficulties I'm coming up against day to day.

Look forward to getting to know you

From your post I can see you have recently been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis of the knee. I am going to attach a couple of links for you to have a look at while you wait for our members to come and say hello.

I look forward to seeing your posts in future.

    Best wishes

I remember those nights! Nowadays I'm up to go to the loo 😀

I now keep water and meds at the bedside and when I'm having a flare I take some of those, sit up for a little while and use my laptop to surf here for a bit. It's good distraction! Don't often write at that time, might be a bit incoherent.

Lots of sympathy for you and some ((())) - gentle hugs x
